Erin Corrigan is passionate about understanding what makes people tick. A learning and development expert with a specialty focus in luxury retail, Erin believes creating a culture steeped in strategy drives results at every level in an organization. She discovered her abiding interest in understanding people while earning her BA in cultural anthropology from Rutgers University. Through her perspective in anthropology, Erin quickly understands how people operate and how they put values into play. Understanding begets transformation, and transformation opens the door to peak performance.
